  2. How does Footling work?
Think of us as a mobile shoe shop. You decide when you want to buy shoes, and we bring the shoes to you. Either to your home, at a time to suit you, or to your local toddler group. back to top

  3. Where does Footling operate?
We operate in London (anywhere inside the M25) and in Nottingham. But we're keen to expand, and happy to go further afield. Let us know if you'd like Footling to visit you or a toddler group in your area. back to top

  4. When can I have an appointment?
It's up to you. As long as we're not fully booked, we'll come and fit shoes any time, any day. You might want to make sure the kids are awake though; it's difficult fitting shoes when they're asleep. back to top

  5. Is there a charge for an appointment?
No. There is no charge for an appointment. Or in other words, it's free. back to top

  6. When do I get my shoes?
Nobody wants to wait for shoes. Our fitters carry a range of shoes in the sizes most likely to fit your child. So once you've chosen a pair and had them fitted, you can have them there and then. back to top

  7. Do I have to buy?
No. We're shoe fitters, not double glazing salesmen. If we don't have shoes you like, that’s our fault, not yours. We'll try to improve our range in future. back to top

  8. How many pairs do I have to buy?
There's no minimum. You don't have to buy any shoes if you don't want to. back to top

  9. What qualifications do you have?
Our fitters are members of the Society of Shoe Fitters, or training to become members. If you want to check, give the Society a call on 01953 851171. back to top

  10. What brands do you stock?
We stock a range of shoes from Hush Puppies, Ricosta, Merrell, Qui Courait dans L'Herbe, Compagnucci, Hippychick, Inch Blue, Buckle My Shoe and Skechers. back to top

  11. Can I order online?
No. Sorry. We don't sell shoes online. We believe children's shoes need to be correctly fitted. We've spent a lot of time getting trained to do exactly that, and we'd hate to see that training go to waste. back to top

  12. How do I book an appointment?
Click here to book online, or if you prefer you can give us a call on 08707 200 555 or drop us a line at info@footling.co.uk. back to top

  13. Do you do widths?
Yes. Some of our shoes come in a range of widths. back to top

  14. Is Footling more expensive than my local shoe shop?
Jumping for joy Only if your local shop is having a sale. We don’t think you should have to pay extra for personal service. We aim to match the prices you'd find in a shop. If you find our shoes cheaper elsewhere, let us know. back to top

  15. How do I pay?
We take credit cards, cheques, and because we're traditionalists at heart, cash in pounds sterling. back to top
